Because Ender and Valentine traveled in hyper speed, the are now in their 20's, while Peter is now an old man. The fake people that Peter and Valentine made where a huge triumph, and they both influenced the people of earth. Now, Ender must go to war with the Buggers, and hopefully save the human race.
